We experienced excellent customer service at Hotel Meritum. The receptionist went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay, even brewing delicious espressos for us when we had to leave early in the morning. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed dining at the romantic, rustic restaurant on the grounds. Despite a minor issue with a bed not being made, our overall experience was positive.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided. The rooms are clean and well-facilitated, with some even offering a view. The breakfast options are diverse, catering to both meat-eaters and vegetarians.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were just fine.

The hotel's location is perfect for catching an early morning flight, as it is only 20 minutes away from the airport by public transport. there is a nearby restaurant where you can enjoy a meal before your flight, and the hotel is also conveniently close to the center of the city, making it easy to explore Prague.
Some guests mentioned that the breakfast lacked variety, specifically in terms of fruits and fresh vegetables.
